Acceptable use

This policy applies to everyone who uses Wealtho Personal, Wealtho Business, Wealtho Tax and Wealtho's APIs. It sits alongside the terms for each product.

You must not use Wealtho to

• break the law, including laws on fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions;
• move money on behalf of someone else, or hide who is really behind a payment;
• get around identity checks, limits or approval rules;
• collect money for goods or services that are illegal or that you do not intend to provide;
• harass, threaten or deceive other people, including members of a savings group.

You must not

• try to break into, test the security of, copy or interfere with our systems, except under our responsible disclosure policy;
• share your PIN, passwords, one-time codes or API keys;
• send automated traffic at a volume that degrades the service, or get around rate limits;
• resell or give others access to the APIs without our written agreement.

If these rules are broken

We may suspend or close an account, revoke API keys and report activity to the authorities where the law requires. Any money that belongs to you remains yours.
