Your PIN. Yours alone.
Your PIN is stored only as a one-way hash. We cannot read it, and we will never ask you for it. Transfers, group contributions and withdrawals ask for it again, and repeated wrong attempts lock money movement.
WEALTHO / SECURITYACCOUNT · DATA · MONEY · SYSTEMS
Money deserves more care than anything else we build. Here is how Wealtho protects your account, your data and every naira that moves.
PIN and biometric protection
Encrypted in storage and transit
Matching entries for every movement
YOUR ACCOUNT
Every sensitive step asks for proof that it is really you.
Your PIN is stored only as a one-way hash. We cannot read it, and we will never ask you for it. Transfers, group contributions and withdrawals ask for it again, and repeated wrong attempts lock money movement.
Biometric sign-in releases your PIN from your phone's secure hardware; it never leaves the device. Daily and per-transfer limits are set by you, within what your verification level allows.
YOUR DATA
We keep only what we need, and we record who looks at it.
YOUR MONEY
The books behind every balance are built to balance, and to show their working.
Every movement is recorded as matching entries. Every balance can be checked against the entries behind it, and any difference is flagged for a person to review, never silently adjusted.
The app shows the name the receiving bank returns before you confirm. Repeated requests are processed once, and a payment is never refunded while its outcome is still being confirmed.
Check the name. Then pay.
Payments above a set threshold need a second eligible person, and nobody can approve their own request. Staff consoles need a second factor to sign in, and repeated attempts at sign-in and codes are rate limited.
STAYING SAFE
Wealtho staff will never ask for them, by phone, email or message.
If the name the bank returns is not who you expect, stop.
Change it in the app straight away, then contact support and we will lock the account.
Use getwealtho.com and our official apps. We will not send you links to sign in.
